My messages have been rate limited

Unfortunately, zenshop is often the target of spammers trying to abuse our generous mail sending policy, we had to put alot of work in detecting spam so our legitimate users aren't negatively affected.

If your messages have been rate limited, we're sorry, but don't worry, when this happens someone will be looking into the problem, and will likely remove the limit.

If the limit hasn't been lifted, please reach out to support.
