Using a custom domain

zenshop supports sending and receiving mail from you own domain of choice.

This looks more professional than using a generic @zen-mail.com address.

This is a feature available on the Max plan only.

To enable this feature, please reach out to support and we'll guide you through the steps to configure your DNS to work with zenshop, usually this is done with a Google meet over video chat, because the settings require changes to your website configuration.

You will need to be able to make DNS changes to your website for this to work.
